Shipping Rates

UAE & GCC: Flat rate AED 300 per order (free shipping on orders over AED 500)
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@royalcloisonne.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
